Duties and Responsibilities:

To provide care and support for patients, nursing assistants work alongside other healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. At our facility, we offer a mentoring program for new and inexperienced NAs that provides hands-on learning and helps prepare them for the CNA exam. Nursing assistants are valuable team members who perform various tasks to ensure that our patients are comfortable.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Good listening skills
• First-rate customer assistance, enthusiastic individual with a warm demeanor towards assisting others
• Invest in yourself by taking advantage of our organization's sponsored Nurse Assistant certification program (C.N.A.).
• Legal adulthood is defined as the age of 18 or older, at which point a person gains certain rights and responsibilities
• The aptitude to understand, write and speak English effectively
• Bilingualism is a valuable skill
